Precision Training Meets Pure Viticulture

It all started in France.

 

As a kid, family trips to Le Touquet sparked something in me that never really went away, a curiosity about wine, where it comes from and the people behind it. While everyone else was ordering lemonade, I was sneaking sniffs of whatever was in the grown-ups glasses.

 

That curiosity followed me through a military career, where I ended up organising wine tastings in the mess, not standard army issue, but the lads seemed to enjoy it. Alongside my service, I picked up shifts at a boutique wine bar in Blackheath, deepening my knowledge and building relationships with some brilliant importers along the way.

Today I work with everyone, from people who just want a great bottle for a Friday night, to serious collectors looking to lay something special down for a decade, to businesses who want a wine list worth talking about. Whatever you need, I'm here for it.

 

I'm not here to make wine complicated. I'm here to make it enjoyable. Pull up a glass and let's talk wine, I promise it'll be fun!
